Detailed preparation advice
For 4 people, 2 glasses of barley (200g). In a saucepan, bring a large volume of salted water to the boil, then pour in the barley and cook at a low boil for 10 minutes. Drain carefully and serve plain, with a drizzle of olive oil or a knob of butter. To be eaten hot as a side dish or cold in a salad.
