Durum wheat bulgur* (80,2%), yellow* and green* lentils, nettle leaves* (1%), onion*, leek*, fennel seeds* (0,8%), wild garlic*, extra virgin olive oil*.

Detailed preparation advice
Cook 1 part bulgur in 2 parts water. Bring to the boil, then cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste. To be eaten hot as a side dish or cold as a tabouleh.
