QUICK ORGANIC MAC AND CHEESE
Mac and cheese is a delicious and comforting dish: a generous recipe reminiscent of childhood that makes a delicious occasional treat.

Ingredients
- 250 g Priméal 3 minute semi-wholemeal macaroni
 - 1 red onion
 - 1 leek
 - 60 cl milk (vegetable or animal)
 - 50 cl water
 - 1 tsp thyme leaves
 - olive oil
 - Mixed peppercorns
 - unrefined salt
 - 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
 
Recipe
Step01
Wash the leek, remove the roots and the fibrous green part. Cut into slices. Peel and chop the red onion.
Step02
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a casserole dish and fry the vegetables for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
Step03
Add macaroni, milk, water, thyme, pepper and salt. Continue cooking for 10 minutes.
Step04
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Step05
Stir the grated Parmesan into the mixture. Pour into a gratin dish or 4 individual dishes and bake for 10 minutes.
Step06
A little grated parmesan cheese can be added as a topping.
